Multi Factor Authorization (MFA) and DUO authentication support

This release allows customers to integrate their existing DUO accounts with the AppDirect platform.

With this release:

• The Marketplace Manager (MM) users can now utilize DUO as an alternative to the platform's native Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) mechanism.
• The customers can bring their own DUO account and use it as a plug-in. This allows the customer to leverage DUO which provides additional security with centralized management, advanced device trust features, and comprehensive integration capabilities.

This new integration empowers customers who already use or prefer DUO for their authentication needs by providing comprehensive security features with a streamlined and familiar MFA experience.

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
